Which CB550 to buy?

Hey Guys, I've been looking at CB550's for the past month. Any insight on which year to buy? or any difference in model? I've been leaning more towards 1977 - 1979 but have my eye on a '75 and a '74. Any thoughts?

well they stopped in 78....so a 79 would be supper rare!

generally they get less powerful and fatter as time went on.
K and F bikes are different

maybe it would be helpful if you gave any info as to the bikes you are looking at, what you want to do with them or how you are making any of your decisions about what bike you are looking into....like why you are thinking about the latter bikes over the early ones?
