Who else makes an 4.5-18 rear besides Firestone

Ok ,I know everyone hates the firestone Delux tires so what other options do I have, I love the way they look. I cant find a Dunlop K70 larger that 4.0-18 and I would really like to put a 4.5 on the rear and a 4.0 on the front. Anybody have any other tires that go in the 4.5-18 range for a rear? I am building a Tracker vintage BMW looking thing but dont really want a real knobby like a Kenda knobby even though that is the only other tire I can find in 4.5-18 rear. I am even thinking of putting a set of Duro's on it but really wonder what the Ural tires will do to the bikes handling. Its just going to be a bar hopper cruiser type bike.

First question...

What size are the wheels?

Does it really matter what wheel it is if they plan on running this size/type tire. The Firestone Deluxe was a popular tire for 50-60's era bikes and is not something I would run on a daily driven bike today. Most people running them are using them to create "a look" and are not concerned about performance from an antiquated tread/compound design. If you're concerned about handling I would not consider that tire or a 4" front tire. Both would negatively effect handling.
