Well, I am.
32 year old guy from Piteå, Sweden. Former loglift-driver, speech-language pathologist and currently working as computer technician.
Been riding bikes since 1995 when I bought my CB 750 K2.
Looked like this at the time...
Rode it in that guise for a year, then went on to more modern tackle and the Honda ended up in the shed.
Bought an -88 Gsxr 1100, then felt a craving for a twin and went on to a -96 Yamaha TRX 850.
Great bike but a bit on the slow side.
Mind you, it still managed to outrun my mates Buell S1 White Lightning : Not much "lightning" in that bike except for the name....
Sold the TRX and bought a mint -94 CBR900 Fireblade Urban Tiger. Great bike that I kept for years.
Sold it when I went to university. Thought I would stay away from the bikes during the uni-years...
After 6 months the need was to big and a bought a messed up -89 FZR 1000 and worked it into a streetfighter.
Great bike, will probably keep it forever. Currently in pieces for a makeover...
Looks like this nowadays:
Then, in september 2005, I remembered the old Honda in the shed. Brought it out and woke it up from it´s 9 year long nap 8)
Spent last winter in the shed and rebuilt it ground up into a caferacer.
Came out like this:
Well, that is who I am, at least "bike-wise".... Hopefully there´s more to a man than his bikes....
Looking forward to getting to know y´all !
Cheers
Dan
