Will a V Star 1100 set of pipes on a CB360 cause issues?

At some point I'll need a set of mufflers/exhaust/pipes for my CB360 project. I noticed a set of mufflers from a V Star 1100 for $50 on CL. If installed on a 360 would this cause some performance issues? I don't know all the science behind the "exhaust wave", back pressure, etc. I do know that the exhaust system is integral to the performance of your motor.

Those will probably work just fine with minor - if any - adjustment.

I use a pair of Sportster silencers on my CB450 that sound great and were very easy to fit up.
