Will cyclinder head (valve and spring assem) from 72 cb350 fit a 71

Hello,
just a quick question if anyone has a moment.
So I had the bolts of my cam sprocket shear and most likely when this occurred it bent up at least on of the valves. So I have an spare engine from the PO, which is from a 72. My plan was to just swap the cylinder heads with the whole valve and spring setup, this way didn't have to deal with new valves which are ridiculously expensive ($50 a piece!!) and lapping them in, new guides and the whole deal. So basically is it okay to just swap these out, from the 72 or even if I were to buy a used 71 cylinder head, can I just throw it on, call it good (after checking the valve seating properly of course and new gaskets). Some input would be helpfully before I travel down this path.

Yep.

Check the part numbers on any part you plan on swapping over. I'd be really surprised if anything was different from 72-71.
