Will I get shot for this question??

I dont have any pics of them mounted on my 77. I can get you some mounted on a stripped 80 frame. They are a direct bolt up conversion. No brackets or anything needed for the 80 and up frames. They would require some brackets for my 77 frame, and if i do decide to go that route, i would go with some different set up, such as a Zook bandit set, a buddy of mine has done it to his 77, and he has the bracket measurments for it. I have pods on my bike, the airbox is a PITA. HOWEVER>>>> If you go with pods, you WILL have to rejet, and if you go with pods, i would suggest going with a 4into1 pipe to maximize your HP output. Rejetting can be a bit of a hassle, especially on CV carbs like the ones on your bike, so you may want to stick with the airbox set up. BUT, if you do decide to switch, Dynojet probably still makes a kit for your bike. They dont for mine anymore, as my bike uses the old mechanicall VM style carbs. But if you decide to go with just an aftermarket pipe, you can usually get away with not rejetting, as they tune the pipe for the stock carbs generally.

If you're interested in those rearsets, they sell for 300ish bucks new. I'd take 200 for em. As i said it's a mount up and go conversion. No extra drilling or anything of the like.

Good deal for rearsets. Decent levers will set you back most of that, and any bolt-on kit is a solid $300.

For what year?? I have a set of 80 forks. Ready to go. You'll have to buy new stem bearings, but you'd have to anyway. In decent shape. Let me know if you're interested, and make me a reasonable offer and they're yours.

I am keeping my eyes peeled for the biggest, ugliest king+queen seat I can find so I can look as silly as possible when I take my girl for a spin
