1. I honestly couldn't tell you what header I have. Although, it looks kinda similiar to yours. heh.
2. I bought that sweet tip from good ol pep boys. They sell tips for just about any diameter piping. Only cost like $10 from what I remember. heh.
3. There's no packing at all in the tip. Except for the oil and soot that is rapidly building up in there. I go through about a quart of oil in about 200 miles.
