Wire?

I'm not too familiar with that bike but it's probably safe to assume that they do the same as every modern bike. The clutch typically has a switch so that it cannot be started in gear unless the clutch lever is pulled in.

Check the wiring diagram, but if it's lie other bikes, you would need a short jumper cable across the connection to start it. Don't take my word for that though - check it.
 
The are to prevent the bike from starting in gear w/o the clutch being pulled in... or starting at all w/o the clutch pulled in.

It can be eliminated, just pay attention to whether the circuit is normally open or normally closed.

and also don't start it in gear with the clutch out pointed at something you don't want to cram the tire into.
