wiring help needed - CB360 yellow, yellow/white wire with CB750 controls...

After searching, I didn't find specifically what I am looking for. So I have a few questions:

I have a CB360 café that I'm redoing the harness on. I am using cb750 style controls. They do not have the yellow/white and yellow wires in the controls like the 360 controls shown in this diagram. At this point my white wire off the alternator is going nowhere, and my yellow is only going to the reg/rect. I don't have/haven't spliced in the yellow wire that goes up to the controls. So my questions are these:

What does the "SE' and "DY" indicate on the diagram control with the yellow and yellow/white wires?

What should I do with the white wire? Should I run a yellow off the alter.-reg/rect yellow wire and if so, where do I terminate it?


I'm also running the kohler tractor Reg/rect. mod if that matters. I modified the wiring diagram below to show this mod.

Trace the white and the yellow wires all the way back to the alternator plug.

Splice them together and run them directly to one of the AC prongs on the Kohler unit. The other prong on the Kohler unit gets the pink wire.

Ignore and/or remove the rest of the white, yellow/white, and yellow wires up front.
