Wiring Nightmare!

So i bought a cl450 off someone and i decided to redo the wiring since it was falling apart. Apparently who ever had it before had done a bunch of custom wiring and used different colors for everything. What is the best way to go about fixing all of this?

Make a new custom harness, or buy a stock used one from ebay, scrapyard, a member here, etc...

I was hoping i wouldnt have to do that but, seems like thats my only option at this point thanks
