2.15x18" rear Comstar wheel pulled from a 1979 CB750F DOHC Supersport
Could I put it on my 79' 750k? And just swap my drum to it? Would it be simple without having to buy any additional parts? I have a spoke now

In a word, No. You cant, well not easily fit a drum brake to a disc braked hub.

Unfortunately you did not get a Comstar wheeled K model with the drum brake like we did in Europe. Your only CB option is a CB750 custom which should be a straight swap but I dont know if the custom has a 16" or 18" rim. Maybe a CX500 or Goldwing, but I'm not sure on the rim sizes of those, I know the smaller cb400 etc will be to narrow for the 750.

Stumbled on this looking for 18" rear options for my 79 CB750K. Currently has the stock 16" drum rear.
So the F has a disc rear?
I know I've seen pics of DOHC 750s with 18" rear comstars and drum brakes...not sure what they're coming off of though.
