My rear shock literally wobbles left and right when pulled with some force.

It's basically coming off.

What are my options I had a shop that I don't go to anymore because of bad service put them on.

Your shock has a rubber bushing with a steel spacer in it. The spacer is what gets tightened by the nut and the rubber bushing is there to allow for vibration damping and the shock to rotate on the spacer as the swingarm moves.

Have you taken off the nut and washers to see what's happened? Chances are the rubber has dried up and is mostly or totally gone.

Or by the looks of it the shock was installed without a steel spacer, just the rubber. That would explain the stack of washers.

You just need new rubber bushings and spacers to fit the shocks. Replace all of them - 2 per side if the shocks are eye to eye. Take one side off and explore a bit.

Thanks appreciate it. I'm sure I can get some new bushings from most Moto part websites.

I did try and loosen them and it seams that the one is stuck on just spinning.

10mm, 12mm, and 14mm bushings are common for these shocks. You need the right one for your bike. If the bike has a 16mm stud, common with some CB's, you only need the rubber bushing.

OK so here's my situation though the rubber looks corroded it's moving and shifting the bowl is loose but not coming off how do I get the bolts off is on there can do myself or do I need to get to the shop for some type a special machine I have a bike lift so that I can take the pressure off of the shot but I don't know what it's called when the bolt spoons and won't come off

Well those are pretty cool

whats the acorn made of??
It has an aluminum colour to it, but either way it sounds like the threads are stripped and binding it from pulling off. Get some vice grips on it and pull as you turn
Then you will see the extent of the damage and what needs to be done to repair
