xs650 disc: 73/76 vs 77+

Those year models may not be right. I purchased a 73 xs650 hub, it has the dual disc like I want. So I'm searching for floating disc and pretty much everything says 77+. Why want these disc work on the older hub I bought, the bolt pattern looks the same.

The hub is the same. The difference is the rotor offset from between '76 and older 34mm forks with two piston calipers, and '77 and up with 35mm forks with single piston calipers.

I have 36mm or 37 forks

I have an 82 xv920j forks which I believe are 37mm compared to other 920s I believe have 36mm.

I went and checked, its 36mm.
