xs650 exhaust

Has anyone ever done a custom exhaust on an xs650? I want something like CThor has on his cb450, I know it is stock on that bike but I like the look.

I know there are some details as length and such to ensure it runs properly but I would like to tackle the project down the road. Thanks!!
