XS650 motor mount bolt questions

Been Around the Block
I'm going to try to get my rebuilt engine back in the frame this week and I've discovered that my bottom motor mount bolt is slightly buggered on the threaded end. Could I just clean this up with a metric die or better off trying to order a new bolt? It's not bad but just enough to prevent the nut from spinning on freely and I don't want to chance fucking it up. I've also been thinking of replaceing the other mount bolts with stainless steel, but do I need to look for grade 6 or better? I've also posted this question over on the "650 Garage", but I also would like to know what you guys think. By the way, it's a '72 frame with a '75 engine.

Clean it up with a thread file, should only cost about $10~$12 depending where you get it from (new bolt will probably be close to that)
You will find a lot of use for it as it will have 8 different pitches you can fix all the other threads that have been hammered on
