Got the exhaust off, chopped it and then started propping things against the bike to get a feel for the final look. Getting closer to pulling it down now.
Trimmed the top f the seat with some high density 12mm foam, now I just need to get the sander out and smooth the edges over to a curve and then it is ready to trim.
Looks like the sewing machine that Mum used to make home made track suits on back in the early 70's is finally going to be used for something I'm happy with She did a quick test last night to see if it would sew through three layers of foam backed vinyl and it looks like it's on. Now I have a project for the weekend.
