Now to go buy a new license plate and make up a better-isolated mount for it.

You hit on a truism there. The real difference between the three Japanese brands is mostly the color. They used the same carbs, the same ignition, probably have the machine work was from the same shop. the forks are Showa or some other Japanese brand. They all have there little idiosyncrasies, but to me, actually, they are all good. I have a particular fondness for the Suzuki titan 500.....I loved that bike when it came out. Had I the money, that would of been my first new bike...

Sad thing is, still don;t have the money for a New bike.... But I do like what I have....

This is by far the most ridiculous/entertaining thread I have ever read. Lovin the bike dude.

Thanks man, it's been a lot of fun. Tip your waitress.

For father's day, some people spend quality time with their family. I got the hell out of the house for a couple hundred miles and some disc golf.

Had a little trouble starting the beast when I left the disc golf course, but that's par...but i totally lost the rear cylinder on the way home, and after an evening with my multimeter and swapping wires around, it's the coil.

On the bright side, this bike is still okay to ride as a 460 thumper.

At least you still have your little balls. :)
