all i have to do now is:

1) Fill up the gap in my seat hump, adding enough cushioning and wrapping it in leather for a back rest...
2) Swap my rectangular headlights for a small round one....
3) Look for signal lights and matching tail light
4) Change my battery, fix my wiring...
5) Fix my engine casing, it's got a small hole in it.. and my engine oil's leaking like a pipe... previous owner didnt know much about bikes.. so he didn't really take proper care of it..

Does anybody have any suggestions on what kinda signal lights / tail lights would look good on my bike?

oh and i have a question...
i see that most of the bikes here are running pod filters instead of their standard air box...
i use them too, but it sucks when it rains.. and its been raining alot here..
the filters get wet, and my carb and engine wouldnt work like theyre supposed to...
and i usually get stuck in the middle of the highway in heavy downpour..
haha...

is there any way to work around this problem ?
to prevent my insides from getting wet?

cos im already thinking of going stock again...

Nice build. I've made a RX100 cafe racer and this reminds me of just that. For some more pics, follow this thread: http://dotheton.com/index.php?topic=6338.0

The tank was stretched by almost five incles. I've noticed that the ride would be EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Try getting in as much cushion as possible. Would also like to see what you do for rearsets. I had taken them as back as the rear footpegs. I never got around making the brake rearset complete. Had an idea, but no time in completing it. Since the bike is very impractical (YET FUN), I switched it back to complete stock.

Do you have a splash shield? I fnot a lot of guys are running one. Just a low key fender. Very interesting build you have there. I like the idea of the seat. That is a weird law that you can't have a solo. what does the govt care?

"Punk is not dead... It just smells that way!" My fave quote of all time. Seriously though, this another one of those dead threads. No action in over a year. I hate it as it was a very nice start.
And Gordon... did you say that you took your RX100 back to stock??? WTF? That was one of the first builds that I fell head over heels in love with on this site.
