Been Around the Block
with the winter killing the riding season everyone has to have some project going on.. i can sit and look at pictures and posts all day long, but it seems to help motivation when you bs about the plans..
anyone want to meet up for some beer/food and bs about the bikes that are going to keep us in the garage for the next 3 months or so?

i know i have a shit ton to do over the winter to my piles..
as soon as i get off my ass and fix one of my cars im gonna put the 750 away (yeah, im still riding. yeah, its fucking cold..) and wind up rebuild the whole damn thing. just turned 40k, needs carb work, electrical bugs sorted, fork rebuild, clutch, brake work, etc..
the gs needs more than i want to think about..
and lastly id like to rip the motor out of the 350 and clean up the frame, motor, blah blah.. and of course theres alot of mods im considering..
 
Shit, I'm down anytime! We used to get together weekly in Ellwood City, but the guy who usually hosted us just had a new baby.

But yeah, I'm down whenever, and I know a few others are too!

You have a garage I take it? I'll bring the beer :)
 
awesome, sounds good man! gather up whomever and bring em over. figure out a good day, and ill grab some beer, food, propane, and kerosene for the shitty heater..

im gonna be buried in my beater blazer for the next couple days, after that ill be around whenever.

definitely have the garage, couldnt live without it.. haha

hey shaun, i lost your number. im thinking of trying to do this around the 3rd or 4th of dec.. im getting wisdom teeth pulled this weekend, and then the whole thanksgiving deal is coming up after that.. let me know if thatll work for you guys.

I've got a feeling we will get along fine..We're both dubbers at heart (even if neither of us have one right now hahaha) I've had 2 mk2 GLI's and a VR Passat wagon lol..

You can take the dub from the boy, but can't take the boy from the dub hahaha
 
haha, yeah man, i realized that shortly after posting.. ive been real out of it since i got my wisdom teeth pulled.. they gave me all sorts of drugs to take, ive been in a haze.. haha.

shit yeah man. gotta love the dubs. ive been trying to convince a kid to sell me his 87 gti.. its kinda rotted, but it would be an amazing rally car for beaver run..

Just want to say that's about 2.5 miles from my house. There's a golf course right down the road from there - you can listen to the music of racing engines on every hole.
