Re: your pretty face is going to hell r500 build titan powered
So im shooting for the same wheel base as a rd400. The 500 frame is a little taller and alittle longer so my work is cut out for me. reguardless its gonna happen if for nothing else to give a heart attack to all the rd nerds on 2strokeworld. i mean its a 1970 343 mile bike. and its gonna end up being more suzuki than yamaha
Re: your pretty face is going to hell r500 build titan powered
Few beers a half a second with a tape measure and a wasted (extra rusty as fuck) rd frame answered a lot of questions. this will work and it will kick the ass. I figured out where the r5 needs cut to mate with the Titan. the frame stays the same length. so tank, seat, fender stay correct. I'll steepen the rake and life is good. Haha looking down on it there is gonna be 2 inches of motor sticking out on each side o the tank.it gonna look like a rat fink cartoon. The rear of this frame is just tacked and not getting used in the finished bike I just needed to set my mind at eaz and that was worth the waste. The cut rd frame was to rusty to put back in play safely.
