How much will they soak you to insure it? An extra bike (added to my existing three) should only be ~$19 annual for liability here. Collision and comp won't even add much since they are ridden so little.One thing I do know is I will spring the $20 for a new plate as that is the old large plate and way too big for that little bike LOL.
Wasn't able to grab it yet. The guy sold it to a friends sister back in 2002, her dad did a full service but she never road it. He bought it back a year later but her details are still on the sold to of the title so he's calling dmv today to make sure it's still in his name and get a replacement to fill in my info.
There is a lot of truth in this. In Arkansas you can transfer the vehicle online with the DMV. It releases the seller from any liability after the sale date.Still another reason for the seller to get a signed BOS when selling a bike. P.O. still has the liability in event of an accident unless you can document that ownership was transfered.
