And rolled the whole thing outside today for a better look at the fairing, mirrors, plate / signal mount / etc: Ordering some mandrel bends for the exhaust over the next day or two.... but that's it for now.

I took the headlights out to get better access to the wiring, and when I reinstalled them I used the wrong holes (why they look low in the fairing). Made a bracket to hold the rear signals & license plate. Had to get separate led bolts to illuminate the plate though:

The B12 front end is usually a good option if you need longer forks (like I did on the GR). If you can fit a Katana / GSXR front end, I'd recommend it since they are more available. I can help much with the swingarm though. I don't pay much attention to what fits the 750. I did right down the...

Nope. Stock GR tank has a sending unit (so the wires were already in place) and the GS850 tank has a sending unit. It's a win-win deal for me. If you search around on ebay for GS fuel tank sending units, there's always a couple on there. I know you want one for a GS500....
