    Hey! I have a 1970 CB350 twin with pods and jetted, I soaked the carbs over night, put it all back together, starts first kick but when I crank on the throttle it tops out at 3 grand and sputters a bit..... Am I just getting too much fuel or what? Thanks in advance. :)

    Thanks for the replies. The bike dies when the choke is closed, covering the carb opening. It will run with it open to about the top of the cutaway. My bad for any confusion.

    Another question about the California DMV and an out of state title.

    I got a 1978 kz750 on a trade from Nevada and it hasnt been reg' for about 2 years. Will I need the old registration when I go to the DMV or is the title alone enough? Thanks.
