Hey! I have a 1970 CB350 twin with pods and jetted, I soaked the carbs over night, put it all back together, starts first kick but when I crank on the throttle it tops out at 3 grand and sputters a bit..... Am I just getting too much fuel or what? Thanks in advance. :)

Thanks for the replies. The bike dies when the choke is closed, covering the carb opening. It will run with it open to about the top of the cutaway. My bad for any confusion.

I have a 1967 CL90 with a single carb, I've cleaned it twice, pilots clean, soaked everything over night, blew it out with compressed air. I set the pilot screw back 1 1/2, it idles fine with the choke open but as soon as its closed it dies. I checked the the gas flow from the petcock, checked...

So I picked up a CL90 got it running.... The issue is that when I start to release the clutch it moves and when its fully released it dies on me. I've got a touchy clutch on a few of my bikes but this doesnt seem right. Is there an adjustment that needs to be made or am I just f'ing it...

I got a 1978 kz750 on a trade from Nevada and it hasnt been reg' for about 2 years. Will I need the old registration when I go to the DMV or is the title alone enough? Thanks.

It has the original box air filter on it as well as the exhaust. Primary jet, maybe?

I just got a 78 KZ750 twin on a trade and I've got it running, but the issue is that I have to keep the choke halfway open even after it warms up, when I hit the throttle it bogs down and occasionally backfires. If anyone could help me out with some troubleshooting ideas that would be awesome...
