Well it's all one piece aside from the reverse cones so nothing is moving in that department. I just used the headers and made everything from random bends and straight pipe stock. Still haven't figured out the issue tho. Put the tires on a bubble balance and they came out perfect.

The headers are stock. Collectors and everything else are not.

Haven't replaced them or the swingarm bearings but they looked & felt brand spankin new.

Checking the timing would def be a good thing to do. I will leave my compression tester and carb sync tool with Nick when I drop by this weekend. Ill tell him to teach ya how to use/read them the next time you drop by. Should help ya out a bit.

Compression test, check for spark on both coils, test resistance, adjust valves. Once those are verified, play with carbs. Is it holding charge?
