Hello all, just having abit of a choke issue...the ace starts up with no choke at all, and when choke is applied to a cold engine it will not start, and if its applied to an idling engine with no choke it will die. im thinking pilot circut is too rich...i am using the new pilot jet provided in...

that is super sexy. i ended up getting a local welder to chop off brfore the cat and weld on an extension. its ugly, but it works i guess. i have sprayed it with high heat paint. has nothing on that pipe tho.

assistance required again! i have since chopped off the cat area of the exhaust and had a length of pipe welded on and attached my muffler. sprocket2cog, it is the same one you have and it is extremely loud! any advise on getting it quieter wold be appreciated...or i might just have to change...

yeah i tried that. the cat seems to solidify into a lump when i tried drilling. i guess there is no easy way. ill just keep at it.
