Are you referring to the black rubber pieces the carbs bolt on to? Not sure if those are referred as the manifolds or the actual mounting points on the head.

Yeah the exhaust definitely gets hot. It has good pressure in high RPM. I swapped the pilot jets on the carbs, and it was the same result, so I guess it's not the pilot jet. I also messed with the air mixture screw and it didn't really do anything. I'm not sure what else is left. Timing? Just...

Are you rewiring like original? Keeping all your electronics? Have you looked at a wiring diagram?

What would you like to know? I just ran each cable one at a time, then zip tied them together separating the routes, then sleeving. Btw I cranked her up today. I'll post a video tomorrow.
