Is there any reason in particular that he doesn't go to the Secretary of State and fill out the declaration of ownership form and just apply for a title? I've done this on a couple of bikes here in Michigan and was just getting a form filled out for a 1970 CB750 that I intend to rebuild.

I'd like to have those as well. It would be for a future build I have in mind so it would be nice to have them on hand. They're light so weight wouldn't be an issue in shipping. I live in Michigan, 48429, if it's not a hassle, and by no means am I in any hurry, I'd like to find out what...
