Ok noob mistake... It was all the floats where set so no fuel could ever get in haha But i didnt set them and I figured the wouldnt be that far off.

I can get the bowls off but to check if they had gas I cant get the drain bolts out. I guess I can take them all of and pull the bowls.
To the best of my knowledge they are not cv carbs. When I twist the throttle all the slides come up
Yes it does have the spring clips, I just wasnt sure if that was all that holds them in.
I have not checked with a gauge, I dont have one but I should prolly buy one.
The PO said he cleaned the carbs and Ive taken them apart and they look brand new inside, But I still gave them another go...

It seems to have good compression, Good spark, I did timing and checked the points, and cleaned the carbs
When I was cleaning the carbs I lost a jet one of the press-in ones, I bought new jets and...
I have CB550k and I need to put a front fender on it but I dont have the bolts that hold it to the forks (the main bolts) and cant find any on Ebay. Can anyone tell me thread pattern and length of these bolts
