Oh, rock on. For some reason I thought I read something about replacing an overflow tube during the carb vent discussion. Disregard my comment :P Carry on man!

Also, I'm not sure you want to remove the overflow tube and re-fit. They should be press-fitted into the bowl, which makes them likely to crack over the years of vibration. Just use MECHANICAL solder versus electrical solder, with some flux and they'll fix the cracks. I have to solder about...

Open the drain screws on each carb and see which float/s may be stuck. Odd though,as all 4 would have to be stuck if fuel wasn't going in. (or 3 are full and the 4th is stuck) Could also be the gas tank vent. If clogged it acts like a pop bottle when you drink fast and don't let any air in...

Nah, there's methods. I can pull them in about 10 minutes. Feel free to PM me if you want the nitty gritty on pulling and reinstalling them. I don't use the "ratchet strap" method. Also, when you go through them, the emulsion tubes are different front/rear, main jets MIGHT be different...
