I don't have a 175 or a 360. I have a 450 and I can tell you this. When I turn my ignition on the tail light does not turn on. But I do have a Headligt on and off switch. Turning the headlight on also powers the tail light.

So did you trace the wires to the headlight? Where does the power stop? Just be methodical and trace your battery and lead change steps backwards. any switches in the way?

Really? That has crossed my mind but I decided against it. But you are giving me second thoughts. This means I can customize the shit out out of my gauge faces. Like. change the font. add "honda" anything is possible. Thanks for the tip!

Rocan is right just follow the schematics for other CB ( like my 450 for instance ) and put the regulator after the rectifier where it belongs.

How would you put those in? my Gauges are sealed.
