Re: 1971 CB350 "Copperhead" Looks like a float needle sticking and flooding that cyl. while it sits. Need to shut off the fuel when it's parked. Can clean the needle and seat with Simichrome polish and Qtip.

Thanks for the comments guys I do know the ins and out of what the sizes will do have been a mechanic for 20 years and road raced modern bikes. Not looking to do "clown shoes" or a 300 busa just some extra width to handle lean angle and hard riding. I have been trying to get the frame geometry...

Measurement wise seems it would work. There is 5.65" chain to swingarm. A 130 tire on a wide wheel is just over 5"? The 140 is almost 5.5" wide so would need some clearancing. The front has over 4.5" width at the forks and even the fender. I don't know I just over analyze everything

1973 CL350 Anyone tried to go as wide as possible? Have been playing with wheel size and max width. Was considering something crazy 3.5-4.25 rear rim maybe a 130-140/70-18 and 2.5-3.5 front rim 110-80-18. But thinkin to play it safe just stick with 3.5 rear 130-70-18 and 2.5 front 100-80-19...

Re: '73 CB350F Part Out! UPDATE!!! Get a pic of the kick starter. Need a good shape one that pivots at the motor.

All 3 of my 350's have 19" fronts and looks fine. I think it works to get the same rolling diameter with less sidewall looks better if you ask me. I may switch one of mine to 18" front and 17" rear just to get wider wheels and tires with little shorter rolling diameter more sport bike look.
