they are nylon and holding up fine.very slippy! i`d recommend going to your local plastics supplier and getting them to cut it to size for you. They can round the edges off, it just makes for a nicer finish.
thanks Walms, I`m actually using Jims regulator, cdi and rectifier already. I spoke with him on the phone last night. He suggested picking up RF chokes from radio shack and trying them.
I`m also using Dyna coils and wires. The Dyna wires i have are the DW 300 (copper core) and a friend...
I was hoping to have some exciting dyno results for ya today but we had isues with noise and getting a clean RPM signal, so no results. I got a cool video though!
anyone ever experience this? we tried getting a signal from both the trigger to the coil and from the spark plug wire...

its gonna be a big difference from riding the h2! more of a cruise on a lazy boy compared to the white knuckled ride on the infamous widowmaker.
