*Update* It does run! Started it today 8/15/10! 1974 CB360G, 5500 original miles, purchased from original owner's grandson. Spent a lot of time sitting in a barn, new rear tire, spare set of carbs with bad diaphragms, one's on bike have been repaired with gorilla glue, tank has been cleaned...

Not a lot of progress, just some cuttin' n grindin' Did purchase the tubing to stretch the swingarm and for the rear frame if I decide to re-work it.

In need of a pair of slides with good diaphragms for my CB360G before I start looking for a carb swap solution.

For now I'm going to try to gorilla glue the small tears I have while I look for some replacement slides or a budget carb swap, there is no way I'm spending $350 for a bolt on carb swap. After some more choppin' I have to figure out a way to keep it this low.

More cutting and sitting in the garage making motorcycle noises means the plans are leaning towards at least a 6" rigid stretch. I just havent found a 360 bobber that trips my trigger. :-\ I may actually get time this weekend to pull the swingarm and stretch it for the hardtail mock-up. I...

A little more cleaning, removal of shocks, and drop the tubes through the trees.....I think this height will work. Off to get some tubing and the welder.....

Love where it's heading but.......I was thinking along the same lines with the swingarm and ride height, now you have inspired me to go rigid. ;D

I really despise ebay/paypal but I guess it's the classifieds or that. I've been watching craigslist for parts bikes, is there any other Honda's using similar slides other than the 360/350cc bikes?

Bad news today, both slide diaphrams are torn. >:( After looking at Western Hills Honda they are $100 each, anywhere to get them cheaper?
