Speedway has one. And I bought bungs for the fuel tap from bungkings and others from an ebay seller.
Mine hides under a tank cover, so it doesn't need to look pretty and I needed the height, so it's welded on the outside, not the inside. Dead cheap for what they are but you may need to add a breather or drill a tiny hole in the cap to let air in.
