So me being an idiot and forgetting that the throttle needs to move I hit the tube on the my bars and it's stuck. Why it's stuck idk. Maybe the powder coating is to thick. Any way any ideas to get it off?

Pulled it as far as it would go without engaging clutch.

Got a used clutch perch and lever from local salvage place but the clutch cable is too short. Any ideas?
