Seat pan taking shape.
Im no panel beater or sheetmetal worker and was going for a tracker seat but ended up with this.
I used a Hyundai iLoad tailgate and a Holden Cruise bonnet from the local Smash repairs and cut sections out to make it on an original CB200 seat pan to retain the hinges.

Footpegs and Exhaust.
I used original KX 450 footpegs and Exhaust.
The footpegs where used for ease of fabrication as they use a steel mounting bracket.
The exhaust I got for $100 brand new second hand, I cut about 150mm out of the muffler and mounted it underneath directly into the old CB...
I used a 2013 CRB250R radiator. i retained the factory mounts and it bolted to the CB horn bolt hole. Then just made a lower mount to suit.
the CBR bottom hose Was shortened and fit straight on.
the top was half the CBR then a 20mm 90degree bend with a joiner.
the motor and accessories are half thE weight of all of the original gear. The mounts for the engine and footpegs are 4mm steel and welded to the frame.
