Yes we did DGR on Sunday. She is Faaaast. Only had the gear shifter fall off 100m from a swap meet so got a M6 bolt and carried on.

The seat and exhaust back on. The seat still has to have the factory lower trim put back on to finish it off. I have to do lights next.

I made a plate to house the KX engine wiring. it all fits behind the factory CB side cover

About 2" either side ( the width of the radiator cap)

I used a 2013 CRB250R radiator. i retained the factory mounts and it bolted to the CB horn bolt hole. Then just made a lower mount to suit. the CBR bottom hose Was shortened and fit straight on. the top was half the CBR then a 20mm 90degree bend with a joiner.

the motor and accessories are half thE weight of all of the original gear. The mounts for the engine and footpegs are 4mm steel and welded to the frame.
