Does anyone know what all is involved in changing the stock brake fluid reservoir to the cup type?

Please forgive my ignorance...I have a 1982 yamaha seca 550...does anyone know the handlebar size? i have looked all over the web and have been told two different sizes...i'm looking to get some drag bars...any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hey guys does anyone know a website or somewhere to get a seat like this one? It is a Corbin "gunfighter and lady". But they don't make one for my make and model bike.
