Little update. So my buddy and I went to pick up the old girl tonight. The lady I bought it from come strolling out to the barn and says "sorry I didn't get all the extra parts rounded up yet.". Excuse me? She said ya there is a couple of boxes of parts and a parts bike in the other barn...

Have no fear, she will be restored and not cut up. ;D

Well a couple months ago I found out about a widow who had a 1966 BSA 650 Lightning. It was her late husbands and she was possibly looking to part with it. Well nearly two months of trying to get ahold of her I finally did last night. The deal is done and I will be picking up the new ride on...

Honestly I keep changing my mind on what all I want to do. The only thing I know for sure is the bike is getting painted black/white and getting clip-ons. I'm not very talented so the seat will probably be my biggest challenge.

Well here goes. I got my bike 1978 Kawasaki KZ650B on fleabay a couple years ago. Long story short we had a kid and I haven't really had time to touch it. Hopefully this spring I can start the cafe project. All I can say about this site is that its freaking fantastic! Oh here a couple pics...
