    Lowering CB750 extended swing arm?

I'm looking to lower my 78' 750 and am not certain what the best approach is. I have heard using shorter shocks and lowering the front will do the trick. My question is, will an extended swing arm help with this in addition to the 11" shocks? Im kinda in the dark with this. Thanks
