    360 swiftly

Excellent Project! I am also going to be trying out your VM30 jet settings when I switch out my P5 to P0's next week. I ran into the same stall off idle condition when I got my bike running on 6F4's (Which as it looks, may be too rich around 3/8 throttle), did you end up solving that by...

'77 CJ360T (Café SOS) - Calling it Done (for now...)

Looking good! I was going through the beginning part of the build, and a posing question is are you running the stock rear shocks, or did you get longer like 13.5's? Alot of guys here, including myself, I am sure would love to know how its working out, especially if you can fit all the wiring...

1974 Honda CB360 Garage Find Cafe Build

Looking Great! I need to start posting my build notes/pictures as well. Reading through your blog I have found that my cb360 winter basement project will be your garage project's doppleganger. Interceptor seat, metal specks paint, the list goes on hahaha I bought a few cans of the specks paint...

    cb360 valves wanted

Hey folks, i'm looking for an intake and exhaust valve for a cb360... especially any of you guys with a few spare motors and parts bins laying around ;). AKA used is ok with me because I could easily spend 100 bucks on a new batch, but I'd rather see if anyone here has a couple they wouldn't...

    Project Rat/Cafe 1000$!

Agree with above... I set in with a parts bike, with 90% there... but finding the missing bits, and even better, realizing what should be replaced can add up real quick (my $150 initial purchase bargain build is going to be pushing 1500 easy by completion) You could do it... buying bulk...

The most stuck screw in the history of the world....

By everything do you mean an impact screwdriver followed by heat? or if stripped a good quality screw removal bit? I'v always found that the worst ones need a good crack to break free threads that have siezed over time, especially in something that heats/expands for years.

New guy in town with a CB360

Will do! I have also seen chat about some experimentation with delrin... wondering if one could cut a fitted piece thick enough to fill the space required for proper operation as a solution. Melting point is approx 350 degrees F so I'm not sure if it would cut it in the height of summer in stuck...

New guy in town with a CB360

Since that photo gauge mounts being mock-d in, some pretty extreme knee dents, and the ol balloon grips/ new brake/clutch and dimmer switch added too to finish up the handlebar. No signals, just the basics.

New guy in town with a CB360

Well, here I am guys. My quick story... Michigan born and raised, recently moved to metro Detroit, finishing college, built a workshop in my basement so I can actually rebuild a bike over a michigan winter. First bike was a 1966 s90 (really wish i still had it) and used it to trade up to a...

    CB360 cam chain guide

Did bike bandit come through with that chain guide? I just got my 'parts' motor apart, and the mounting points on the top are both broken, so its essentially a stick to throw inside the motor. The other one... well is in 2 pieces... not intended to come that way from the factory lol.

    Wanted CB360 Oversize pistons rings

Hey guys, I finally got my motor down to the crank and low and behold, the jug bores are much further out of round than anticipated. I initially picked up a set of .25 piston rings last month (Intended to cut and fit to standard pistons) but since I am doing a full rebuild I am definantly...
