Hi all,
Quick question on a cl175. I have good equal compression on both cylinders of motor, new carbs, complete tear down of motor and rebuild. I have no power at all. I decided to check spark which both plugs have. Interestingly I can pull the left cylinder spark plug wire and I have no...
does that shaft come out or do you have to pull it with it still inside the seal? i saw some tools on ebay something like this will do or is this for when theres a hole in the middle of seal...
thats how i usually look up parts, but i was looking for the actuator rod in the picture and couldnt find it except on one diagram but didnt show the seal clearly. Thanks guys.
You guys thread a screw in this old seal to get out? or do i have to take actuator out?
Chris
Looking for a link or part number for a the seal around the clutch actuator rod. Its for a 74 cl175. I keep seeing all different sizes, want to order the right one first.
Thanks all
thats what i was referring to. thank you.
The one i was about half the diameter and obviously mounted on a smaller bike. you couldnt even see it because it was tucked under the seat pan.
Whats with all the arrogant asshole responses in this thread. sheesh.
i saw it on a Honda cl100 cafe bike. It was about 2 feet long and ran from the back of the gas tank and along the seat pan. It was lined up with the straight lines of the frame. it must have pivoted from about the middle of the bike.
ok now im more confused than before. i know what i kickstand is ! Im looking for i guess a telescoping version that mounts near the top of a rear subframe. are we clear now??
Hey guys. I saw this kickstand for this bike and it was like a pole near the seat. it swung down i guess and acted as a kickstand. What the heck are those called. i cant find one anywhere. Id like a small one the diameter of a pencil maybe.
thx
chris
