I've got a big fenced in yard and a garage- you're welcome to camp here. Nice 13 mile ride to Southworth ferry from my place. (VME member too.)

    73 CB750 'Lola'

Yea, I think I'm going to stick with sensual... let's see, from Merriam-Websters: ...relating to or consisting in the gratification of the senses or the indulgence of appetite- check. ...devoted to or preoccupied with the senses or appetites- check. ...voluptuous- check! ...deficient in moral...

    New project: 1974 Honda CL450

Looks like a great bike to start with. I think dotheton.com is a pretty good place to start for inspiration. ;-) Are you going to go monoposto with it?

    73 CB750 'Lola'

Thanks all. The mirrors do stick out- though I don't think as much when I'm on the bike. ;) It is a steel BCR tank and seat. It's based off the Armadillo tank. I am super happy with the way they came out- I really like the organic lines of Benjies designs- very sensual. :D

    73 CB750 'Lola'

Thanks pablohoney! I know what you're saying dakine- as it is now the mc almost touches the tach. Otherwise I would definitely move it in. I've been thinking about going to clip-ons as well which would allow a narrower setup. Also do you think it's the bars or maybe the mirrors?

    73 CB750 'Lola'

Just finished my 73 CB750 I call 'Lola'. I still plan to do the rims black but I think I'll wait till it's time for a new set of tires. I think the other builders on this site are amazing- so much creativity. You guys really inspired me to find my way through this build. For this bike I tried to...

    I feel stupid

In high school auto shop I hooked up a Pinto wagon to the Bear diagnostics computer, reached through the drivers side window to start up the car... it started up and was in gear, ran right into the Bear diagnostics computer. Guess it didn't really need to be diagnosed.

    We Need an Art thread...

Is this offensive? Would it be less offensive or more offensive if the guy was done mowing? Does the pubic hair titillate or would the lack of pubic hair be more titillating? I am curious to know. Full disclosure, hand up high, I am a pig.

    CB 750 Rearsets?

I picked up a set of Raask from Omar. I am generally happy with them except for the brake lever arm. Mine broke along the splines- seemed kind of weak and brittle. I fabbed up a new one using stock brake peddle- much beefier. I also added an adjustable stop so I can set the peddle in a...

    Where you at PNW?

I've been riding as much as I can- kind of hit and miss with the weather and work. Wouldn't mind playing hooky on a nice autumn day, hitting Vashon or some of the Kitsap backroads. Had a nice ride in the 1 or 2 hours that was good last Saturday. Plan to strip the bike down for cosmetics once we...

    Remote Rear Brake Switch

Trying to get the stock brake light switch to work with the Raask rear-set seem like it was going to be a pain. Additionally, since I am going without side covers on this bike and wanted to keep as much of what is visible uncluttered I came up with this solution. I stole the rear brake cable and...
