    I posted a pic of the carb, and 1 and 2 both are the same. Side note my 550k1 only has two jets. a slow and a main but its not a CV stlye carb.

    Could be the reason my bike isn't running? I believe thats where the secondary or primary Main jet goes. However the passage doesn't seem to lead anywhere or have threads?

    didn't notice any holes in the diaphrams. all soft meterial Orings and such have been removed prior to toluene soak.

    Stock jets and airbox. welding tip cleaner, and carb clearner, now soaking in toluene. and tip cleaner. I don't have an ultrasonic(would love to get one though)

    Rear hoop purpose or necessary

    Thanks for the info, I havent cut anything off yet. but to make room for the battery I'll need to cut the passager support hoop. however I kinda like where my signals are, on the factory ears, so i'm thinking maybe just a straight tube across just in front of the signals.
