Just want to see if I can bead/soda/sand blast anything on my wheels, want to ask and get flamed before I ruin something else :o. There is some rust around the nipples (hehe ::)) and light pitting, but not that bad at all. Havent took the tire off to see the inside yet, but im assuming there...

Im suprised that a flat track bike wasnt on there to take place of their neon shitty ass 40 dollar Nishiki fixy ;D No front brakes, one gear, and they slide all over the place trying to shave off speed :P Oh well, gotta share the moto dream with everyone, even hipsters too.

Maybe Im confused about measuring the cylinder barrels and pistons... The spare frozen engine I have, I managed to get the old pistons out and the barrels measured 50.1mm, the freshy looking head measured 52mm that the guy gave me. So if I used the 50.1mm head, got a .50 piston kit, then...

Update over the weekend: Found a .50 piston kit from Vicious Cycles up north for 150 bucks and a cam chain for 35, seems like a good deal to me so Ill probably pick that up once I get paid. I'm waiting to do any boring till I get the piston and rings in so I just cleaned the head really well...

Pulled the starter off a spare engine I have to get cleaned up. I completely disassembled it and cleaned everything with a sand blaster (hope that was ok)... But when I reassembled and was greasing I noticed the bearing was super shot and would even move. Looked on ebay and didn't find...
