Cylinders have gone to the machinist and are going to .25 over and i should have them back soon! Couldn't find a replacement camshaft or followers so they went to joy engineering for a...
So all is still ticking along, I've being doing a lot of wet sanding on engine cases gunna paint up the jugs etc and have found a good place to get my cylinders to .25 over.
Also trying to strip my tank of all the paint which is a royal PIA but almost there.

maybe i will invest in some mukini carbs at some point.. what have all of you guys experiance with them been? im in the UK and getting a pain to me seems kind of expensive
so the diaphragms are ripped / missing in the carbs that came with my bike and i guess im tossing around the ideas of sourcing used diaphragms on slides, buying aftermarket diaphragms from JB or similar or shelling out a bit more money for some 28/30mm mikuni carbs. i guess i was just interested...

Thats what we have been doing and its all going ok, when i first picked up the bike the kick start didnt have any movement but have torn into the top and its all free now i think so new piston rings gaskets etc and build it back up i think, corrent me if im wrong though :D but we have all the...
