Just found my recent measurements, I was at ~150psi.

I have not opened it up, if i don't fix it after one more garage day. I plan to pull it apart and check out the cam and valves. Last time I checked though I had "ok" compression, had written down someplace but I think it was around 125 - 127 psi. You think I should pull the head ? Thanks, - Gedi

Frogman79 on Hondatwins suggested it might have been to taking the slack out of the cam-chain and effecting the timing. I think I will set my points and time the bike before I mess with the valves again. If that doesn't seem to improve, I will turn the bike into yard-art. - Gedi

Thanks for your reply. I followed the directions and did set them both at TDC when both valves were closed. I will crack it open again once I return from a work trip in a few weeks. When both valves are closed, should my rocker arms be loose if I would try to lift them a little?

I ended up making mine from some scrap aluminum, yoga mats with latex foam and leather. BTW: The work is in progress before you guys start ripping on me.
