I was just wondering if anyone here is into snowobiling? It is my wintertime gig, when the bike is put away. I ride purely mountain terrain in the steep and deep. Here are a coule pics of my sled and sledding:

The sled is an '08 Arctic Cat 1000cc two smoker that is piped to put out about 175-185 hp at the track. The pics are from earlier this winter when we had snow...

Little rich for my blood. I always chuckle when ever I see a sled less than 5 years old broken down. Its never as simple as fuel or spark.

where are you from?? that looks like a Massachusettes plate

Good looking sleds, all. I feel guilty for complaining that we have only gotten 6 in of snow in the last week :-\ I have never really done much trail riding, I guess that is where you would want a sled with pretty good suspension and clutched for HIGH SPEED. Not like my wagon. She is pretty stiff, sucks on the trail, and is clutched for climbing,

ill have to see if I can find some pics of my SRv yamaha i used to have... that was my race sled, she was ported with exchange chambers, cleated with a modified rip saw track.... but she was old 89' i loved that sled would grip and rip up to 115 easy and handled like it was on rails in the trails!

I miss sledding. A little tiny bit mostly cause of the cold. I never really had a good sled though. We had a polaris 250 1972 that is. It was cool. we used to use it as a zamboni on the pond. It just had cleats. I did beat a artic cat 440 around the field once, but i hit a bump too hard and it started making a hell of a racket opened the hood and found the engine broke out of the mounts. My dad just welded the f'er in vibed like a son o bitch after that. We traded it for some spark plugs and used tires.
