Cb360 hard to kick start

I recently purchased my first vintage bike. A 75 cb360t. It's a great bike with low miles that runs pretty well. My only issue is that it takes 5-10 kicks to make her start. Is this normal?? Can I make any adjustments etc to make starting an easier process? I was going to reinstall the electric start if this persists but I would rather not! Any help or a point in the right direction would be awesome.

Thanks again!

What is your 'procedure' to kick-start it?

If mine has been sitting for few days, i set full choke, open idle screw a little, kick and crack the throttle, close choke, 30 seconds or so adjust the idle back to around 1000-1200 rpms.

Full choke, one kick with the ignition off.
One kick with the ignition on and it should sputter a bit.
One kick with half choke and it will run and idle.

That's the procedure on mine. Works on all but the very coldest of days.
