73 cb450 complete engine as far as I can tell maybe minus levers ( no I didn't takem they were gone). I have complete frame with no title minus what ever rusted out, has suffered rust on main bottom cross member and center stand is toast. Tank has the shape but bottom is toast. , rims have a same bad spot on both where it sat for so long outside in Florida weather Under A TARP. Headers has the down tube but rusted at end may be good for a custom exhaust build. tins are shot as well. Engine is free and turns no compression was gonna rebuild but keep picking up unfinished projects and I'll never be able to really make "apple bum Bonita" so I'm willing to trade parts to other people for parts of what I hope to be a daily commuter with a sister. I have two Sr250's both left side engine cases have damage not just the covers, the part around clutch shaft. please don't ask me to sale. I just read the "Stop asking for eBay prices rant/thread" totally agree with it but some people haven't been collecting parts or bikes since they were 10 and live in areas where bikes are premium. apparently I paid way to much because I got caught in the cafe craze once I found out about them and bought this bike after searching and basically got burned compared to all you guys who "Scored this for $100 bucks!! or free" later I found a pair of Sr250's separately and since I'll never find a SR500 in my area so I'll have fun with these but I like to have spares and I like to rebuild as best as possible, maybe one for show and one for fun. So maybe a trade for spare 250's? I don't know if Id want to do a 450 for one 250 but who knows, this place has help me get started on a good path for repair I just don't want to be the guy who trades a hard find motor in my area for something simple and never gets hook ups because I'm not one of the master builders on here.
