I went to see a CB550 a while back in Cambridge and the person selling is a high school shop teacher. He bought the lot of bikes from an estate sale and he just wanted to keep the Nortons so he was selling the 3 Hondas. When I went to see the bike, he was in the middle of restoring a CB750 from ground up for the school's 50th anniversary. We chatted for hours and from the conversation we had, he seemed like a great guy and have so much knowledge of the old bikes (afterall, he is a shop teacher ) He just sent me some pics of the finished product and its absolutely gorgeous!

He says that the bike might be up for sale after the school celebration...let me know if anyone is interested and I can put you in touch with him.

Ya know.. I have a 4-1 headder that looks EXACTLY like that one...(except its painted hi-temp grey)...
Excuse my ignorance, but whats so special about a Nelson headder? and how can you tell that it is infact a Nelson headder?
